Film Showing: The Age of Stupid

Please join us on Weds 18th November for a special screening with discussion of The Age of Stupid at the Westway Cinema, Cork Street, Frome. The film will start at 8pm, doors open at 7.30pm. Tickets £4.50 on the door.   

The Age of Stupid is a powerful drama-documentary about the catastrophe of climate change, seen from the perspective of a future archivist played by Pete Postlethwaite. 'Why didn't we save ourselves when we had the chance?'

The film with be followed by a discussion of fossil fuel divestment, led by Green councillor Shane Collins, who is campaigning for Somerset County Council to drop its pension fund investments in fossil fuel companies.
