East Mendip Green Party's Martin Dimery, Somerset County Councillor for Frome West, is one of the candidates on the Green Party list for Members of the European Parliament for South-West England and Gibraltar. The six candidates were launched in Bristol on 11th April.
Elections for the European Parliament, which use the d'Hondt method of proportional representation, are expected to take place in the UK on Thursday 23rd May 2019.
The candidates list, which defines which candidates will gain seats according to the number of votes cast, is as follows:
